Click on sign up, and follow the instructions. After you complete the registration, you
will be allowed to access your account. |
2. How can my listing/ad visualable on RED411?
You will be required to make a minimum payment to advertise on RED411 (start from one
month,but we highly recommend three months), registration is free. |
3. How do I make a payment?
You can find out how to make a payment from here. We accept visa, master card, bank
transfers, Western Union money transfers and Email money transfers. |
4. Interac.ca
Red411 accepts payment via Interac Email for your Red411 Ad using interac.ca. Payment made
on weekend (Saturday & Sunnday) will be updated Monday morning, your ads will be
activated within 24 hours after we receive your payment.
To make a payment using Interac.ca please follow the instructions below,
Step 1. Goto www.interac.ca(previously called Certapay.com)
Step 2. On the right hand side click on SEND MONEY.
Step 3. Click on your financial institutions (Bank Name) logo.
Step 4. Follow the instructions for your specific financial institution
regarding sending the payment. If this is your first time using Interac, you will need to
create Red411 as your recipient. The recipient email address is payment@thered411.com
After you finish the recipient setup, you will be required to enter a Security Question.
Now enter your username (this is unique). If you want to pay for multiple ads on Red411
then include all the ad info in the message box.
Security Question Answer - enter password, then send us an email containing this password
to payment@thered411.com,
please do not send your password to any other email addresses.
Step 5. Send Payment - send us funds following the pricing listed below.
If paying for multiple ads please be sure to include all your user names in the message
box.
- 1 calender week - $20 CAD/USD
- 2 calender weeks - $40 CAD/USD
- 1 month - $60 CAD/USD
- 2 calender months - $110 CAD/USD
- 3 calender months - $160 CAD/USD
- 6 calender months - $300 CAD/USD
- 1 year - $500 CAD/USD
Pricing for longer advertising period is available upon request.
Step 6. Send us an email to payment@thered411.com.com to confirm you've sent payment
as well as let us know which ad(s) you are paying for.
Once payment is confirmed by our Red411 employee, your ad(s) will be activated within 24
hours, generally it takes 2-4 hours on weekdays.
Red411 also accepts other payment options, please give us a call if you have any questions
on making payment in these options:

5. Why Cannot I see my profile listed on Red411 after I successfully made a
payment?
To better serve our customers and follow the regulations, profiles are required to audit
after you successfully make a payment. We will make suggestions if there are improper
words in your ads. This protects you, us, our partners so that all of us will have a
better tomorrow. |
6. How to upload a picture?
Everyone is allowed to upload a picture on red411, but no sex photos, nude pictures of
child and watermarked pictures with personal email adress, instant messenger information
are allowed. You can create an album or enter into an existing album in the proper
category and upload more into it. |
7. How to delete a picture I have uploaded?
You cannot delete a picture uploaded to red411, you can click a specific picture and click
on "inappreciated" icon to tell our administrator to take it off. |
